Ikelite offers 4 different versions of this dome to truly take your underwater photography to the next level. When paired with its specific Ikelite housing and corresponding compact camera you greatly increase the camera's abilities underwater. DC1

The DC1 dome is designed for use with Ikelite housings that hold the Olympus TG1, TG2, TG3, TG4, and TG5 cameras.

This dome offers the best of everything: wide angle, macro, and over-under all on one dive. This special dome port is compatible with Ikelite housings for Olympus Tough TG-3, TG-4, and TG-5 digital cameras.

Wide angle, macro, and zoom

Underwater, the dome corrects for refraction to provide the full 25mm wide field of view. That's substantially wider than a flat port, which reduces the field of view to approximately 33mm. The dome supports full zoom through and you can still take advantage of the camera's fantastic microscope macro mode.

Over-unders

At the surface, the large dry dome gives you greater control to get a clean, smooth water line when shooting split shots (half-in, half-out of the water). This type of shot can be impossible to get with a flat port, and extremely difficult with a wet lens or dome where you're fighting double water lines. 

Ease of use

The dome replaces the standard port on the housing. Simply unthread the standard flat port and thread in the DC1 Dome unit. We recommend a rubber strap wrench commonly available at your local hardware store or as product # 0945.01 (not included). The included dome shade reduces reflections, protects the dome, and allows you to set the housing down on its face for easy assembly and disassembly.

The DC2 dome is designed for use with Ikelite housings that hold specific Canon and Sony compact cameras. See compatibility list below.

Wet lenses will increase your angle of view but create a difficult double water line when used at the surface. The answer is a 6" diameter dry dome which lengthens and smoothes the waterline yet remains compact and lightweight for travel.

Underwater, the dry dome increases your angle of coverage significantly compared to a flat port with less edge distortion compared to a wet lens.
